At RangrezVA, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@rangrezva.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and work with you to provide a fair resolution.

Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Normal variations in handcrafted products

• Sale or clearance items
